Since 2001 I have been guiding yoga students to work with their body’s wisdom in building a personal yoga practice that can be turned to for support in all of life’s experiences. What do we do with overflowing joy? We practice. How do we get through grief? We practice. Where can we turn for energy and renewal? Our practice.

Outdoor Yoga Class

Stretch and breathe your worries away under the open sky. Feel the earth beneath you, and let the sounds of birds bring you to the present moment. The wind brings us awareness of our breath and soothes the spirit.

We will be spreading our mats out at the recommended 7 feet apart, in a field that invites even more distance if you prefer it.

Bring your yoga mat and wear warm, cozy clothes you can move in.

All levels Vinyasa flow class.

Suggested donation: $5-$15, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

No registration or experience required.

Private Yoga Session

Online sessions OR outdoor sessions in Ecovillage, Ithaca

Great for beginners, or for refining an advanced practice. Find deep healing, improved alignment, and increased strength, all with a focus on emotional balance.

I can work with you short-term for building your own home practice, or long-term for support in keeping your practice regular.

$60 for a 75 minute private session.
